Equip 2:22's WLN (Women's Leaders Network)

You are invited to join Equip 2:22’s Women’s Leaders Network (WLN)!

What is a WLN cohort? 

A WLN cohort is a group of women leaders (all sectors – church, nonprofit, education, business, etc.) who gather together for the purpose of empowering, equipping and releasing one another to lead well in the areas that God has called them to.

We will meet 8 to 12 times per year, either in person or Zoom, with ongoing communication/gatherings in between as needed and desired. The goal of the group is to connect, build relationships and learn and grow together in leadership ability and calling. Scroll down to sign up.

Who is this for?

Equip 2:22 is gathering female Christian leaders in the private and homeschool education spaces. What qualifies you as a leader? You lead Christian groups, co-ops, homeschool hives, private schools, or your own home education at home! Why would I join?

We have a suite of resources we will be releasing to support you as we gather, including a whole collection of videos, featured speakers, discussion guides, printable resources, and more—everything designed to equip you for meaningful progress. What’s a typical meeting like?

Video. Process. Chat. Set aside 1.5 hours for a meeting. Gather a notebook, pen, drink, and something to munch on. Sit back and enjoy!

Equip 2:22 will send you a zoom meeting link, and we will have a watch party.

Then we will chat about what we learned, pondered, and see how we can apply anything relevant to our lives. Chew the meat, spit out the bones!

Does this cost money?

Equip 2:22’s WLN does NOT charge a fee. Occasionally, if we are providing snacks or going out to do something that requires money, we might gather some funds for that, but our heart is to provide you with access to resources and encouragement now, without fee, because we want to build community and make this accessible to you. Where does this content come from?

The WLN is an initiative of the Global Leadership Network (GLN). All content used in WLN cohorts are talks that the GLN has presented at the Global Leadership Summit each year. The WLN encourages each cohort to attend the annual Global Leadership Summit together in their local communities, as a way to boost leadership development, connection and relationship.
